The Ministries Department is the largest and the most important department of the ICI. It is headed by the Secretary, Ministries.
The Ministries Department actively monitors the ministerial mission of the Church. The Department conducts camps and conferences to cater to the spiritual needs of the Church members through 3 senior evangelists (Evangelists at-large) and 2 junior evangelists (Co-ordinators).
The Secretary, Ministries is the head of the Youth Department (Kristien Thalai Pawl), The Women Department (Nuhmei Pawl) and the Children Department. He is also the secretary of the Ministries Board and the Pastoral Committee of the ICI.
